Job Description
We are a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified home health agency expanding services to support Medicaid patients with behavioral health medication management.
**Part-Time Clinical Manager – RN**
**Responsibilities:**
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff in medical and behavioral health settings Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and supervision Participate in on-call rotation and perform patient visits (SOC, recertifications, supervisory) Review care plans and documentation for compliance Support quality improvement and survey readiness Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members Support the Full-Time Clinical Manager to ensure smooth operations **Qualifications:**
RN license required; BSN preferred Home health/behavioral health experience preferred Knowledge of Medicaid and OASIS a plus Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, reliable transportation **Schedule & Compensation:**
20-25 hours/week, flexible schedule Competitive pay ($50,000–$72,000/year) + mileage reimbursement Benefits not included **Benefits:**
