Job Description

We are a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified home health agency expanding services to support Medicaid populations with behavioral health medication management.

Position: Part-Time Clinical Manager – RN

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to nursing staff in medical and behavioral health, assist with onboarding, participate in on-call rotation, perform patient visits, review care plans and documentation, support quality initiatives, and collaborate with healthcare providers.

Qualifications: RN license (BSN preferred), home health or behavioral health experience, knowledge of Medicaid and OASIS documentation, reliable transportation.

Schedule & Compensation: Flexible 20-25 hours/week, competitive pay ($50,000-$72,000/year), mileage reimbursement, no benefits.
