Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in Ozark, MO.

Lead daily clinical operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care.

Mentor and support field clinicians, review documentation for accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Support case management, participate in on-call rotations, and provide direct patient care when needed.

Requirements include an active Missouri RN license, at least one year of home health case management experience with OASIS familiarity, and strong clinical and organizational skills. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Must be comfortable with EMR systems and willing to travel locally.

Salary ranges from $72,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience.
