Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team in Kingsport, TN, serving Morristown and surrounding communities.

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with healthcare teams and physicians.
  • Provide patient-centered treatment to improve communication and functional abilities.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies.

    • Must have a valid Speech Therapy license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute within the area.
