Job Description
This position is limited to Speech Therapists who conduct home visits and provide speech therapy assessments and treatments in patients’ residences.
Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and set goals tailored to individual needs.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitative procedures.
Reassess progress regularly, modify treatment as needed, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
Manage discharge planning and document patient progress accurately and timely.
Participate in clinical research, patient care conferences, and departmental programs.
Minimum 2 years of experience, licensed in Arizona, with a valid driver’s license and BLS certification required.
Preferred skills include experience with clinical information systems and knowledge of Medicare regulations.
The role offers flexible hours ($80-$90/hr, 20-30 hours/week), with a focus on on-the-road service in Tucson, AZ, requiring around 75% travel. Benefits include a flexible schedule with day shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability as needed.
