Job Description

This role is limited to Speech Therapists performing home visits or working in patients’ residences, providing independent, age-appropriate speech therapy evaluations and treatments.

Essential duties include evaluating patients, establishing treatment goals, educating patients and caregivers, reassessing progress, initiating discharge plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. The therapist documents patient management accurately and timely, participates in multidisciplinary conferences, research, and departmental programs.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum two years of home health speech therapy experience
  • Graduation from an accredited program with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License and Driver’s License
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Ability to detect medical complications and communicate effectively
  • Preferred experience with clinical systems and Medicare regulations

    • **Details:**
    Pay ranges from $80-$90/hour, with 20-30 hours/week, flexible schedule, day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend as needed.
    Work is primarily on the road in Tucson, AZ, with willingness to travel up to 75%.
