Home Health Speech Therapist

Job Description

This role is for licensed Speech Therapists conducting home visits in Tucson, AZ, requiring travel up to 75%.

• Provide independent, age-appropriate speech therapy evaluations and treatments at patients’ residences.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans, including case management and discharge planning.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic procedures and preventive measures.
• Reassess patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in clinical research and multidisciplinary conferences.
• Complete timely documentation and participate in departmental programs and staff education.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, an Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License, and a driver’s license. The position offers flexible scheduling, with hours typically 20-30 per week, and pay ranging from $80 to $90 per hour.
