Home Health Speech Therapist

Job Description

This position is for licensed Speech Therapists providing home-based services in Tucson, AZ.

Make age-appropriate evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in patients’ residences.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on preventative and rehabilitative procedures.

Reassess progress regularly, modify treatment plans as needed, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

Manage patient discharges, document therapy activities accurately, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Perform case management, support departmental programs, and engage in educational and research activities.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience, valid AZ Speech-Language Pathologist License, AZ Driver’s License, BLS certification, and home health experience. Willingness to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends. Preferred experience with clinical systems and knowledge of Medicare regulations.

Compensation: $80-$90/hour for 20-30 hours/week, with a flexible schedule.
