Seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care across diverse medical settings.

Conduct patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, catheterization, and basic life support.

Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic for documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Offer triage services, administer medications, and support discharge planning and case management.

Provide specialized services when applicable and support telehealth consultations.

Maintain infection control practices and ensure compliance with HIPAA, ICD-10, and CPT standards.

Bring extensive experience with clinical procedures, diverse environments, and managing complex cases involving special populations.

Must have strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered, clinical excellence.
