Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care across diverse medical settings.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, catheterization, and basic life support. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation, participate in quality improvement, and support discharge planning. Offer triage services, administer medications, and engage in telehealth consultations. Maintain infection control practices and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage complex cases involving diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics, with proficiency in advanced procedures.
