We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care across diverse medical settings.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and perform procedures such as suturing and IV insertions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation, support telehealth, and ensure compliance with privacy and infection control protocols. Provide triage services, discharge planning, case management, and specialized treatments when applicable. Manage complex cases involving various populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics, with proficiency in advanced procedures and clinical evaluation.
