We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in a full-time, in-person role.
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, catheterization, and basic life support, ensuring accurate documentation using EHR systems like Epic or Cerner. Participate in clinical research, quality improvement, discharge planning, and telehealth services to enhance patient care and safety. Offer specialized services when applicable and maintain proficiency in coding and infection control practices. Bring extensive experience with diverse clinical environments, advanced procedures, and managing complex cases involving special populations.
