We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team in Southwest Pennsylvania.
Full-time position at Mon Valley location with Day and Night shifts, 7 on/7 off schedule. Provide direct inpatient care for admitted and observed patients, managing complex cases and collaborating with ICU teams. Lead ACLS during codes, participate in Rapid Response and Stroke Alerts, and ensure effective communication and documentation. Apply advanced clinical skills, assess patient acuity, develop independent care plans, and seek ongoing improvement in practice. Requirements include ability to multitask in fast-paced settings and demonstrate critical thinking.
