Seeking a County Psychiatrist for a hybrid outpatient role in Palmdale, CA.

Board eligible Psychiatrist

California Medical License

. The role involves providing

comprehensive mental health services

, including psychiatric medication support, group therapy, and case management for adults with severe mental illness.

Typically, psychiatrists conduct

one-on-one patient sessions

with appointment durations of 90 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for transfers, and 30 minutes for follow-ups. Clinical documentation is primarily done in an electronic health record system, with some forms completed manually. The team communicates regularly via meetings and daily virtual communication tools.

1099 income
