The In Home Therapist provides individual counseling, conducts mental health assessments, and develops treatment plans for clients in foster care, independent living, and community settings in Dayton, Ohio.

Utilize evidence-based approaches to meet client needs

Maintain a flexible schedule and meet a weekly productivity goal of 21 hours

Document sessions and manage appointments using Electronic Health Records

Collaborate with team members and participate in community meetings

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, at least 1 year of mental health counseling experience, and licensure as an LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC. Reliable transportation and local travel are necessary.
