Job Description
The Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides therapeutic services to diverse populations using the Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) model.
They
conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, deliver individualized, trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions in various settings (homes, nursing homes, community), collaborate with teams and caregivers, and maintain compliant documentation. They also
supervise clinical staff and supervisees working toward licensure, ensuring supervision aligns with Ohio standards.
Required qualifications include
an active Ohio independent license (LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S), supervisor designation (-S), at least 2 years of clinical experience, and
willingness to learn TBS and community-based services. Preferred skills involve experience in long-term care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
Offering a salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year, with benefits like 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
