Job Description

The Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (TBS Provider & Clinical Supervisor) provides therapeutic services to diverse populations using the TBS model, including in nursing homes, community settings, and client homes.

  • Offer individualized, trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions aligning with Ohio Medicaid and agency standards.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to support client outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff and supervisees working toward licensure, ensuring compliance with Ohio standards.
  • Qualifications include active Ohio licensure (LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S), with supervisor designation (-S), and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

    • Preferred skills include experience in nursing homes, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices. The role offers a salary of $60,000-$70,000/year, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more. Candidates with a criminal record are encouraged to apply. The work is performed in person and involves travel to various sites.
