Job Description
The Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (TBS Provider & Clinical Supervisor) provides therapeutic services to diverse client populations in various settings, including nursing homes, homes, and community locations.
They conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions aligned with Ohio Medicaid and agency standards.
Key responsibilities include clinical supervision of staff and supervisees, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, reviewing documentation, and supporting professional development.
Qualifications require an active Ohio LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or LPCC-S license, with supervision certification for the role, along with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
Preferred skills include experience with nursing homes, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
