We are seeking an active inpatient/outpatient psychiatrist dedicated to adult mental health care in Bakersfield.
Work alongside a team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists supporting your professional growth. Inpatient duties include care for ages 13+ (4 hours daily, M-F), shared with an experienced PMHNP, with no weekend calls—optional weekend calls paid extra. Flexible outpatient schedule for ages 13+ (20 hours weekly, hybrid). Offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary starting from $550,000 annually.
