We are seeking an active Inpatient/Outpatient psychiatrist dedicated to mental health care in Bakersfield.
Join a collaborative team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists supporting your professional growth. Inpatient duties involve care for ages 13+, 4 hours daily, weekdays, shared with experienced PMHNP. No weekend calls; optional weekend calls available for extra pay. Flexible outpatient schedule for ages 13+, 20 hours weekly, hybrid format. Offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary starting at $550,000/year.
