Inpatient Nurse Supervisor (Full Time)

The Inpatient Supervisor is a trusted leader supporting safe, compassionate, and high-quality pediatric care across inpatient units during night shifts. This full-time role, working 6 pm to 6 am with flexibility, involves leading staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring clinical excellence in line with best practices. Key responsibilities include supervising staff schedules, providing performance feedback, building teamwork, and responding to families and staff concerns. The position also offers on-call support and opportunities for staff development to promote retention. Candidates must be licensed RNs in Iowa with at least 5 years of pediatrics or complex medical experience, active BLS certification, and physical ability to lift and move within clinical settings.
