Job Description

The Inpatient Supervisor is a trusted leader supporting safe, compassionate, and high-quality pediatric care across inpatient units, primarily during night shifts (6 pm–6 am) with flexible scheduling, working 36-40 hours weekly.

They

  • coordinate and lead care plans, ensuring clinical care aligns with best practices,
  • manage staff scheduling and performance,
  • respond to family and staff concerns professionally,
  • foster open communication and team relationships,
  • serve as on-call support,
    • and
  • promote staff growth and engagement.

    Qualifications include RN licensure in Iowa, with preferred experience in pediatrics or complex medical conditions, and active BLS certification. The role offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.
