Seeking a Part-Time Intake Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, FNP, or PA) to perform initial evaluations for clients at a recovery center.
Primary responsibility is conducting intake assessments on the day of client admission, ensuring timely and comprehensive evaluations. Must be onsite Monday through Friday, with some telehealth options; availability between 11:00 AM–9:00 PM is essential. Collaborate with medical directors to develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and ensure continuity of care. Perform diagnostic assessments, medication management, and patient education for clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have experience with DSM-5, psychopharmacology, and addiction treatment, with a detail-oriented, client-focused approach. Compensation ranges from $3,000–$3,500/month with flexible scheduling; criminal record applicants are encouraged to apply.
