Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and perform diagnostic evaluations using advanced imaging and radiology tools. Manage acute and chronic conditions across various subspecialties, utilizing EMR/EHR systems like ECW and engaging in telehealth services. Administer treatments, provide patient education on topics such as diabetes and nutrition, and collaborate with specialists as needed. Qualifications include an active medical license, board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or subspecialties, and proficiency with EMR systems.
