We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care, manage diverse patient populations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized care plans, and perform diagnostic evaluations using advanced imaging tools.
Manage acute and chronic conditions across various subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, and neurology.
Utilize EMR/EHR systems like ECW for documentation, order entry, and data management.
Administer treatments, engage in telehealth consultations, and provide patient education on topics like diabetes and smoking cessation.
Collaborate with specialists in psychiatry, ophthalmology, Ob/Gyn, and more.Qualifications include a medical degree, active licensure, board certification or eligibility, and proficiency with EMR systems and diagnostic modalities. Strong communication, clinical evaluation skills, and HIPAA compliance are essential.
