Seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to provide primary care in a community health setting in Philadelphia, PA.
Provide direct patient care for an established panel, focusing on wellness and chronic disease management.
Work within inner-city communities, with experience preferred.
Responsibilities include ensuring continuity of care, participating in after-hours calls, and supporting educational activities.
Must hold an active PA medical license, be board-certified or eligible, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
