Job Description

Seeking a full-time Internal Medicine/Family Physician for a comprehensive primary and specialty care organization in Manhattan.

  • Locations in Manhattan: 14th Street and Columbus Ave. offices.
  • Schedule includes flexible shifts Monday-Thursday (9am-7pm), Friday (9am-6pm), and rotating Sundays (10am-4pm).
  • Provide outpatient primary care (annual exams, acute visits, employer forms) and initial specialty evaluations (Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, etc.).
  • No hospital follow-up or on-call duties.
  • Utilize Athena Health EHR; support staff handle patient histories, vitals, and routine tasks.
  • Compensation is $135/hr (1099), with an estimated annual income of $280,000–$290,000 including bonuses. Benefits include paid health insurance and flexible scheduling.
  • Qualifications: Doctorate, NYS license, DEA, Medicaid; bilingual skills in Spanish or Russian preferred.
  • Work is in person, offering a flexible lifestyle with varied shifts.
