Job Description
The Occupational Mentor Certification Program (OMCP) is a correctional education initiative supporting incarcerated individuals in California to become Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselors (AOD).
The Internship Supervisor (IS) assists the Program Director, oversees daily program activities, provides clinical supervision, tracks participant hours, and ensures credential maintenance. The role requires on-site presence, collaboration with staff and contractors, and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications include certification as an AOD Counselor with at least five years of experience, proficiency in documentation processes, and the ability to pass background checks.
