The Occupational Mentor Certification Program (OMCP) is a correctional education initiative supporting incarcerated individuals in California to become certified substance use disorder counselors.
The Internship Supervisor (IS) assists the Program Director, supervises participants during their internship, and tracks program hours.
Requires certified AOD Counselor with 5+ years’ experience, knowledge of certification processes, and ability to obtain security clearance.
Responsibilities include overseeing program activities, supervising participants, assisting with credentialing, collaborating with contractors, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Must have strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
