The Occupational Mentor Certification Program (OMCP) is a correctional education initiative that provides substance use disorder training and certification to incarcerated individuals, aiming to transform lives and support community reintegration.

The OMCP Internship Supervisor (IS) supports daily operations, supervises participants during internships, and ensures accurate tracking of hours and credentials. The role involves on-site supervision, monitoring participant progress, assisting with certification processes, and collaborating with staff and contractors.

Minimum qualifications include certification as an AOD Counselor with at least five years of experience, knowledge of certification processes, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Key duties encompass program oversight, record review, documentation management, and providing guidance to participants.

Skills required include excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational abilities, and pass drug screening. The position offers competitive pay, benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).
