The Occupational Mentor Certification Program (OMCP) is a correctional education initiative providing substance use disorder training and certification to incarcerated individuals within California’s prison system.
The OMCP Internship Supervisor supports daily operations, supervises participants during their internship, and tracks program and credentialing hours.
Requires certified AOD Counselor with 5+ years of experience, knowledge of certification processes, and ability to pass background checks.
Key duties include overseeing program activities, supervising clinical practices, assisting with credential renewals, and coordinating with staff and contractors.
Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills are essential.
