Job Description
This full-time Internship Supervisor supports the Occupational Mentor Certification Program, a correctional education initiative providing substance use disorder training and certification to incarcerated individuals.
They oversee daily program operations, supervise participants during internships, track hours, and ensure credentialing processes are followed.
Candidates must be certified AOD Counselors with at least five years of experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site five days a week.
Key duties include monitoring participant progress, assisting with certifications, collaborating with staff and contractors, and maintaining accurate records.
