Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to provide weekend coverage (1:4) for hospital-based interventional services.

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
  • Evaluate and manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and the cardiovascular team for continuity of care.
  • Provide weekend call and procedural coverage, typically Friday to Sunday evening.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities.

    • Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
  • Preferred 2–5 years of interventional experience.
  • Excellent communication and procedural skills.

    • Schedule & Compensation:

  • Competitive daily rate ($1,000–$1,500), flexible weekend schedule.
  • Contract position based in New Braunfels, TX (must commute and relocate if needed).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
