Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for weekend coverage (1:4) at a leading cardiovascular practice.

  • Provide weekend call and procedural coverage, typically Friday to Sunday evening.
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
  • Manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities.

    • Qualifications: Board certification or eligibility, valid Texas medical license, hospital privileges or eligibility, 2–5 years of experience preferred, excellent communication and procedural skills.

    Schedule & Compensation: Competitive daily rate ($1,000–$1,500), flexible weekend schedule, contract position.

    Requires in-person work in New Braunfels, TX, with relocation before start and potential 25% travel.
