Job Description

We are seeking a Fellowship-Trained Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our team in a modern, supportive practice environment with an ASC facility.

  • Perform fluoroscopy-guided injections, joint and trigger point injections, and minimally invasive procedures.
  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain, developing individualized treatment plans that include interventional, rehabilitative, and behavioral therapies.
  • Conduct medication management when appropriate and collaborate with internal and referring providers for coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR (NextGen).

    • The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–4:30 PM), and no nights or weekends. Qualifications include MD/DO, fellowship training in Pain Medicine, board certification or eligibility, and Maryland medical license or eligibility.
