Job Description

We are seeking a Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Physician to lead the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain using advanced protocols, coordinating care within the team and with community specialists.

The role involves 3-4 clinic days per week at multiple locations, with 1-2 days dedicated to performing pain procedures in-office and at an ambulatory surgery center, including options for EMG, nerve conduction, and ultrasound-guided procedures. Skills in Epidural, facet block, and RFA are required; experience with MILD, Kyphoplasty, and Vertiflex is a plus.

Ideal candidates have clinical experience in pain management, are eager to develop proficiency in a sought-after specialty, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, excellent compensation, and work/life balance.

Our practice specializes in diagnosing and treating various chronic pain conditions with minimally invasive techniques, serving Northern California for over a decade with a dedicated team and advanced electronic health records.

Qualifications include medical degree, pain fellowship, board certification or eligibility, California medical license, fluoroscopy supervision license, and ability to work independently and in teams. Strong computer skills and the ability to handle a busy clinic environment are essential.

The Sacramento area provides access to Northern California’s attractions, affordable housing, and quality schools.

Compensation ranges from $375,000 to $400,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and professional development support.
