Job Description

We are seeking an Interventional Pain Physician to lead in diagnosing chronic pain sources using advanced protocols, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinate care with our team and community specialists.

  • Focus 3-4 days/week on clinic services at multiple locations, with 1-2 days for performing pain procedures in-office or at an ambulatory surgery center, including EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies or ultrasound-guided interventions if desired.
  • Required skills include performing epidural, facet block, and RFA procedures; experience with MILD, Kyphoplasty, and Vertiflex is a plus.
  • Open to new graduates and those with clinical experience in pain management, offering opportunities to develop proficiency in a sought-after specialty.
  • Enjoy a balanced work schedule (Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends) with competitive compensation.

Our practice specializes in advanced treatments for various chronic pain conditions, serving Northern California for over a decade. We prioritize accurate diagnosis and minimally invasive therapies, aiming to maximize pain relief while minimizing opioid use. The team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, supported by a modern EMR system and dedicated staff.

Qualifications include medical degree, pain fellowship, board certification or eligibility, California medical license, and fluoroscopy supervisor certification. Candidates must be adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable managing a busy schedule. The area offers excellent lifestyle amenities, affordable housing, and great schools.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $375,000-$400,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.
