Job Description
This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals seeking behavioral health services, particularly for substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include providing evidence-based individual and group therapy, collaborating with healthcare professionals for holistic care, maintaining accurate medical documentation with coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), monitoring treatment progress, and offering case management support.
Qualifications require a valid license (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience in behavioral health, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Training for provisional licensees is available.
