Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals seeking behavioral health services, with a focus on substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with healthcare professionals for coordinated care, maintaining accurate documentation with ICD coding, and monitoring treatment progress.

Qualifications required are a valid license as an LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC, experience in behavioral health, strong assessment and therapy skills, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, and proficiency in medical documentation standards.

Applicants should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team. Training can be provided for those with a provisional license.
