Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role to oversee and support therapy teams across districts.

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans, and lead therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
  • Mentor and supervise SLPs, OTs, and PTs, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Manage documentation, stay current with advancements, and serve as a primary contact for district partnerships.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and employee reviews to ensure team effectiveness.

    • Requirements: Valid SLP license, ASHA CCCs, pediatric school experience, telehealth knowledge, and leadership skills.
