Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role to oversee and support therapy teams across districts.
Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans, and lead therapy sessions. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals. Mentor and supervise SLPs, OTs, and PTs, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of care. Manage documentation, stay current with advancements, and serve as a primary contact for district partnerships. Lead recruitment, training, and employee reviews to ensure team effectiveness. Requirements: Valid SLP license, ASHA CCCs, pediatric school experience, telehealth knowledge, and leadership skills.
