Lead Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to oversee school-based and telehealth therapy services for pediatric students.

Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and manage IEPs.

Lead and supervise therapy sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, educators, and team members.

Mentor and train therapists and staff, participate in hiring and reviews, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Maintain strong relationships with school districts and explore new partnership opportunities.

Stay current with industry advancements to improve clinical practices.

Qualifications: Valid SLP licensure, ASHA CCCs, pediatric and telehealth experience, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
