Lead Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role, overseeing therapy teams and telehealth services across districts.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet IEP goals.

Lead and supervise therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and collaborate with families and educators.

Mentor and train therapists, participate in hiring, and ensure high standards of care.

Maintain documentation and stay current with industry advancements.

Build relationships with district leaders and expand service partnerships.

Requirements: Valid SLP licensure, ASHA CCCs, pediatric school experience, telehealth skills, and leadership ability.
