Lead Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role to oversee and support therapy teams serving various districts.

Lead development and implementation of IEPs, conduct assessments, and create personalized therapy plans.

Supervise and mentor therapists, conduct evaluations, and monitor student progress.

Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals.

Manage team performance, participate in hiring and training, and ensure documentation compliance.

Stay updated on therapy techniques and educational regulations to enhance services.

Foster partnerships with districts to expand program reach.

Requirements: Valid SLP licensure, ASHA CCCs, pediatric school experience, telehealth background, leadership skills, and strong communication.
