Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role overseeing therapy teams and telehealth services across districts.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet students’ needs.
  • Lead and supervise therapy sessions, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals.
  • Mentor and train staff, conduct reviews, and facilitate team development.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and foster partnerships with new districts.

    • Requirements include valid licensure, ASHA CCCs, pediatric experience, telehealth expertise, and leadership skills.
