Lead Summer Nurse (Full Summer Position)

Job Description

Seeking a caring, organized Lead Summer Nurse to oversee health operations during a summer camp season.

Provide daily medical care to campers and staff, manage medication administration, and maintain accurate records.

Supervise health center staff, oversee daily operations, and coordinate scheduling and supplies.

Communicate with parents, external providers, and camp leadership regarding health concerns, injuries, and communicable diseases.

Ensure compliance with state regulations, ACA standards, and camp policies.

Support camp activities from a medical and safety perspective.

Qualifications: RN or LPN license (NH license or ability to obtain), experience with children, leadership skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
