Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for in-person adult clinical services at our Brainerd location.

  • Offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments after 90 days and one year.
  • Responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring client safety.
  • Requires LADC license, 12 hours in co-occurring disorders, and a clean substance use history for two years. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of core counseling functions are essential.
  • Preferred candidates have experience with co-occurring disorders, CPR certification, and outpatient experience.

  • Full-time position with a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 annually.
