Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Job Description

Seeking a licensed counselor (LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent) to serve as a primary therapist in a 53-bed residential substance abuse program for adult men.

Provide group and individual therapy, support, and education aligned with treatment plans.

Build positive client relationships and assist in developing personalized treatment strategies.

Document progress, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with state and program regulations.

Collaborate with team members, participate in staffing, and facilitate referrals.

Maintain confidentiality and deliver culturally sensitive care.

Requirements include relevant licensure, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and familiarity with documentation software.
