Job Description

We are seeking a qualified LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent to serve as a primary counselor in a 53-bed residential substance abuse program for adult men.

• Provide group and individual therapy, education, and holistic support to clients.
• Develop positive client relationships and assist in treatment planning.
• Document progress, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with state and program requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, attend clinical meetings, and engage clients in their recovery process.
• Maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications include relevant licensure, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and familiarity with software like Procentive.
