Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Evening Group Counselor

Job Description

Seeking a Minnesota-licensed LADC to provide clinical services in person at our Brainerd location, including group and individual therapy for adults, with duties such as assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination.

Offering a $5,000 signing bonus (half at 90 days, half at 1 year), full-time schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings and Wednesday, Friday mornings), and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and retirement.

Qualifications include experience with community-based programming, co-occurring disorders, and compliance with 245G documentation standards. Candidates must be free of substance use problems for 2+ years, pass a DHS background check, and hold current LADC licensure.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years of counseling experience and CPR certification. Applicants should be committed to client-centered care, community engagement, and meeting the schedule requirements for evening and daytime shifts.
