Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Evening Group Counselor

Job Description

Seeking a Minnesota-licensed LADC to provide clinical services in person at our Brainerd location, including evening group and individual therapy sessions.

• Offer group therapy, individual therapy, assessments, treatment plans, and care coordination.
• Maintain 245G-compliant documentation and ensure client safety and positive outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach and represent the agency professionally.

Qualifications include experience with co-occurring disorders, proficiency in core counseling functions, and a clean substance use history for at least two years.

Full-time schedule with evening and daytime hours, benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and retirement. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with a $5,000 signing bonus. Must be able to work in-person in Brainerd, MN, and hold the required licensure.
